Organising a wedding can be a very costly event, as we all know. At Ultimateweddingdays we work totally within your budget - regardless of how small or large that may be. We aim to please and nothing pleases people more than saving money while achieving high quality results. With our vast range of suppliers we can achieve the best possible value for money for your wedding. Being in the wedding trade we also have more bartering power - this means we can actually get discounts for your wedding. Any discounts are automatically passed straight onto yourselves. Ultimateweddingdays take no money direct from suppliers.

When organising a large event - such as a wedding, it gets very difficult to keep within your budget. Ultimateweddingdays ensure that this happens and you have the perfect day. In this instance, it hasn't cost you anything for Ultimateweddingdays service.

How can this possibly work and what is the catch?
I hear you asking!

1st - you decide on your budget

2nd -Ultimateweddingdays organise you a wedding within that budget - taking into account all the memories you want to take away from your special day.

3rd - Ultimateweddingdays charge a very competitive set fee from £200 per wedding (No Vat to pay).

4th - all discounts negotiated with suppliers are passed onto you directly. Thus ensuring the fee to Ultimateweddingdays is considerably less than the original £200 - sometimes this can ensure a fee of £0 or minus!!

5th - you have saved yourself money by remaining within your budget, receiving numerous discounts; achieving the perfect day whilst having avoided all the organisational stress.

6th - sit back and enjoy! - THERE IS NO CATCH!

How does it work?

Our main priority is to give you exactly what you want. To make this achievable there are various steps we need to go through.

FREE INITIAL CONSULTATION
First meeting at a time and place convenient to you. We discuss your wedding and budgeting requirements.

WEDDING PROPOSAL DRAWN UP
A full proposal of your wedding is set up. This will include all the items you wish Ultimateweddingdays to take care of. It will include all costs and detailed instructions on each requirement; a complete breakdown of all costs and discounts; and an agreement to be signed. This will be sent to you via post.

SECOND CONSULTATION
This cost is included within the consultation and organisation fee, and again is at a place and time convenient to you. This is to complete the signing of the agreement and go over any fine details or extra requirements which may be needed.

REGULAR UPDATES
This can be as often as you require. It may be once a month at first, but as the wedding gets closer may be more often. These can be face-to-face, over the telephone, email, or via post. You decide!

ANY EXTRA MEETINGS/VISITS REQUIRED
These may be with the photographer to finalise styles and/or pictures required; the venue/s; and car hire to look over the vehicle. These are completely your decision.

LISTS OF GUESTS RECEIVED
This is if you wish Ultimateweddingdays to organise sending out invitations and receiving replies.

CONFIRMATION OF ATTENDANCE
All suppliers are contacted again on the day before the wedding to ensure everything is going to run smoothly.

ATTENDANCE ON THE DAY
Should you wish Ultimateweddingdays to attend on the day of the wedding.

Additional Services

1 Week to Go - Checking over all details, final confirmations with suppliers and attendance on day.

Designed to give you extra peace of mind so you are free to enjoy yourselves on your wedding day. Ultimateweddingdays meet up with you and go through all of your wedding arrangements you have made. We double-check that you have everything you need for the day and nothing has been forgotten. We phone all of your suppliers to double check everything is in place with any extra requirements asked for at the time of booking taken care off. We also check to make sure they haven’t double booked!

Next we ensure that everything has been timed to run smoothly. E.g. The cars know when to arrive, the reception knows when to be ready for, the decorators know when they can have access to rooms, the photographers / videographers know the style and types of pictures required.

Next we ensure that various members of the bridal party know what their roles are and when they have to do what.

Finally, we can attend on the day at both the church (if required) and reception to ensure all suppliers are where they should be. on time, and supplying the correct service. If need be we may also be able to arrange some back up at short notice if things do go wrong.

Prices differ from wedding to wedding depending on the size and complexity. Ultimateweddingdays will provide a quote at the initial meeting.

Invitation and Thank You service - Writing, posting and monitoring of invitations, reply's and thank you's.

We write all the invitations (names and addresses to be supplied via email, computer disc or hand written) in either standard handwriting or calligraphy. We then monitor the replies and keep you up to date with attendance numbers. We can also chase those guests to reply who leave everything to the last minute! All replies are kept and presented to you once they are all in. Cost is dependant on number of names and inserts. Quotations given on asking. Depending on the type of gift listing and services you are using, we can also send out your thank you cards while you are on your honeymoon.

Search Service - Help to find that special item/service.

You are successfully managing to organise the wedding of your dreams but unfortunately there was a specific car / cake you had in mind and you just can’t find it. Ultimateweddingdays will do the hard work of finding it for you. As long as we are successful, we charge an hourly rate for the time taken to locate it. This can be any item or service at all.

week.

A full listing of services available in your area. This is free listing for all suppliers meaning that every supplier possible is named, not just those willing to pay. This is constantly updated but not all the suppliers have been vetted so ensure you check them out thoroughly before booking them. Click here to order.

Personal Web Pages - Information of your wedding for you and your
guests. Accessible through progress tracker and a password.

Extra information you wish your guests could know or just a general informative keepsake for you. All your wedding information, including pictures of the church/reception/car/cake etc., maps, timings and special requests. Each item detailed on a separate page. The site will remain active for 2 years after the wedding date, with the option to keep it for longer after this period, for a small charge. Price quoted dependent on number of words and pictures required.
