Will yoga help me tone up for my wedding

Although many people still think of yoga as a contortionist
art form where the goal is to wrap your feet around your head,
its actually a great full-body workout that anyone can
do. Through rhythmic breathing and held poses that gently
stretch specific muscle groups, yoga helps to align the spine
and strengthen the body. The relaxation and health benefits
can be long-lasting, too. Youll be able to stay
centered and balanced through stressful events, like a wedding,
explains Rodney Yee, a Piedmont, California-based yoga instructor.
To get started, take a class to ensure you learn the basics,
which are how to form the poses and how to focus on your breath.
