What Are Some Honor Roles Besides Wedding Party?

Besides making someone a bridesmaid or usher, what are some creative ways I can include people?

For starters, get corsages and boutonnieres for your special-task force. Since the buds will say ”person who knows more than the average guest,” your flower-powered pals will be beacons for wedding-goers with questions. Next, here are a few special jobs:

The Exterminator. Your link to the outside world, he’ll carry your cell phone and all vendor numbers so he can stomp out any fires.

The Nutritionist. She makes sure you and your bridesmaids don’t starve to death. Since there’ll be so much going on, your food intake could easily get the shaft. Have this friend bring over non-messy treats while you dress for the ceremony.

The Recorder. He supervises the guestbook. This persuasive pal will make sure all of your guests sign the book. He can also keep jokesters from signing under pseudonyms like ”Austin Powers.”

The Catalysts. They subtly inform guests of important moments and course changes by sidling up to each table. Recruit a few chatty pals who can do this and introduce them to your caterer. Let them team up and run the day for you.
