How Do I Start Picking a Menu?

Where do we start when picking a menu? What should be our top concerns?

The single most important thing to think about is what your guests would like to eat. Are they meat-lovers or is it more of a vegetarian crowd? Once you’ve figured that out, the best thing is to provide lots of variety and choices.

Consider your wedding the one chance you have to invite everyone you know and love to a meal—and that you’ll want it to be a meal they’ll remember for a long time.
