Can I Honor My Deceased Dad on My Invite?

My dad died several years ago, but I'd like to include him on the invitation. Is that possible?

You bet! The trick is that the invitation should come from you and your fiance, not your parents. For example: August Michaels, daughter of Mary Michaels and the late Charles Michaels, and Oliver Oana, son of Mr. and Mrs. Alexander Oana, request the honour of your presence...

Another option is to include mention of a deceased parent on your wedding program. You'll have room to include a poem, a special picture or a small tribute.
